Balgreen PS - Pre Loved Clothing

Good Morning,

Since returning to school in August, we have been overwhelmed with generous donations of pre-loved school uniform and non-school clothing.

We want to support you and your family in reducing the cost of school uniform by rehoming outgrown and fit for purpose school clothing, but also want to do our bit for the environment and reduce, reuse and recycle where we can.

All the clothing donated has now been washed, sorted and ready to go.

WHAT WE HAVE

Kind donation of pre-loved clothes we have received range from;

• T-shirts
• Shirts
• Jumpers, both with school logo and plain
• Cardigans, both with school logo and plain
• Plain hoodies/zip up jumpers
• Skirts
• Dresses
• Shorts
• Trousers
• As well as a large amount of non-school clothing including branded joggers, hoodies, t-shirts etc

All the clothing above range in ages from 3-4yrs, all the way up to 14yrs+ with everything in between.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Coming into a new term after the year, is there anything from the list above that you need for your ever growing child(ren) for school?

Is there any non-school clothing that you would like us to see if we have (i.e. joggers in age 7-8yrs, t-shirts age 9-10yrs etc)?

If so, drop an email to amanda.marshall@balgreen.edin.sch.uk with the clothing item(s) you are looking for and what size you require and we will do our best to supply you with the items requested. These will then be put in a bag to come home with your child(ren).

In the last week of term (Monday 13^th – Friday 17^th), we will arrange and communicate with you a time and place in the school grounds that we will place anything leftover if you would like to browse and rehome just before Christmas.
