Sponsored Walk Reminder
A reminder about our sponsored walk on Monday 4th November. The weather is currently looking dry so fingers crossed it stays that way. We are really hoping to boost our school fund with the sponsorship from your friends and family. Children can wear joggers/sports leggings if they wish and comfortable shoes. Please ensure they have a jacket with them. We will be starting and finishing the walk from the P3-7 playground. Families are welcome to come and cheer the children...

Balgreen New P1 2025 - Open Morning
It is Edinburgh's Primary Schools Open Day On Wednesday 6th November. Parents and carers of children due to start in Primary 1 in August 2025 can drop into school between 9.15 - 10.15am, and then again between 1.30 - 3pm. We will have some of our Primary 7 pupils available to lead parents/carers on tours so you can see our school, feel our welcoming ethos, and get an idea of what we offer at Balgreen Primary.

Sponsored Walk
A reminder that on Monday 4th November 2024, the pupils of Balgreen Primary School will be taking part in a Sponsored Walk. P1 and 2 pupils will walk 1.5 miles, P3 and 4 will walk 2.5 miles and P5, P6 and P7 walk 3 miles approximately. P7 Tynecastle Transition bands
Football Transition Event All Primary 7 children will be visiting Tynecastle High School on Wednesday 20th March to participate in a football tournament alongside other cluster schools. We will be leaving school during lunch time and the event will run until the end of the day. All children will be dismissed from Tynecastle High School at 3.15pm on Wednesday 20th of March.
