Diwali Assembly - Wednesday 12th October

Building on our work in relation to diversity, we are planning a Diwali Assembly on Wednesday 12th October. This celebration is part of our school "Culture Calendar" which was created by pupils. We would like children to learn about the celebration of Diwali and take part in some activities / experiences related to this. We would like to ask for help from our school community. 

Are you able to help with any of the following: 

- Rangoli art
- Celebratory dancing 
- Diwali decorations 
- Read a Diwali story 
- Share / taste some food from the celebration
