Health and Wellbeing Census 2021-22

Health and Wellbeing Census (primary 5-7)

Please look out for a letter in your child's bag regarding the Health and Wellbeing Census. These will be completed during school time. If you do not wish your child to take part in this survey, please complete the tear-off slip and return it to your school within the next week. 

Attached is FQA's and further information about the Health and Wellbeing Census. We will aim to complete these in school on Monday 13th and Tuesday the 14th.
