Hello All,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to let you know that we have two upcoming dates for the Wellbeing Toolkit course: Thursday 27 January (evening) and Tuesday 8 February (daytime).
The Wellbeing Toolkit is a practical 6-weeks wellbeing course designed for people who experience stress, anxiety, low mood and depression. Each week we will learn, practise and reflect on different coping strategies. Topics that will be covered include: relaxing breathing techniques, mindfulness, thinking styles, personal boundaries, self care, habits and resilience. It is totally fine if people cannot attend all 6 sessions.
This course is open to people regardless of where in Edinburgh they live. We accept self- as well as third-party referrals (done either by email on this inbox or over the phone). You can find more information under this link:
