Dear Parents and Carers, Following the changes to ALL Covid close contact information from the Scottish Government on Friday 10th December, this is the guidance that we all now need to follow: If anyone in your household tests positive for Covid (either Omnicron or Delta variants) the whole household must self-isolate for 10 days regardless of age, vaccination status or PCR result. Pre Loved School Uniform
Previously we mentioned we are hoping to have an area within the school grounds this week so that you can browse and take home some preloved uniform and non-school preloved clothing. Christmas Jumper Day
This is a reminder that tomorrow is our Save the Children, Christmas Jumper day! Children are invited to come to school wearing a Christmas jumper (Santa hats, reindeer antlers, tinsel etc.) if they would like to. Children can bring a donation (£1 or whatever you can afford) for Save the Children Christmas appeal and the money will be collected by Pupil Council reps in class tomorrow morning.

Balgreen PS - Pre Loved Clothing
Good Morning,Since returning to school in August, we have been overwhelmed with generous donations of pre-loved school uniform and non-school clothing. We want to support you and your family in reducing the cost of school uniform by rehoming outgrown and fit for purpose school clothing, but also want to do our bit for the environment and reduce, reuse and recycle where we can. Breakfast Club booking cut off time change
In order to allow a little more flexibility in the booking period, the cut-off deadline for booking Breakfast Club has been extended to midnight on Thursday of the previous week. This change is permanent and has now been implemented. As was the case previously, it remains that in exceptional circumstances late bookings may be accommodated on application to the school office.
