Monday 14th marks the start of Book Week Scotland and will see pupils at Balgreen Primary School undertake a range of activities to promote a love of reading. Monday Outdoor Learning Workshops
Classes in Primary 1 to Primary 4 will be taking part in Outdoor Learning workshops on Monday 7th November. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for being outdoors i.e. waterproof and warm clothes.

Primary 1 - change to timetable
There has been a change to our timetable this term so here are our new dates for PE; P1A will now have PE every Friday. P1B will now have two shorter PE lessons on Monday and Thursday We will still have outdoor learning on alternate Fridays so children will need to bring wellies to change into on these days. Tricky Ricky
We are delighted to announce that Tricky Ricky will be performing his Hallowe’en Magic Show to Primary 1-3 in school on Friday 28th October. On this day, the children can come dressed in Hallowe’en costumes, but we ask that they do not wear masks. The cost of this is £2.30 per child and should be paid on Parent Pay by Friday 14th October.
