Toy Swap - Tuesday 7th March
Pupils have had the super idea to reuse old toys by holding a Toy Swap on Tuesday 7th March. This was a lovely idea which came to my attention via the Pupil Council reps who speak to their classmates on a monthly basis about how to improve the school. Parents' Evening Feb 2023
Please see attachment with information about the upcoming Parent-Teacher consultations. Please note bookings are live from Thursday 26th January at 8pm and close on Wednesday 1st February at 12 Noon. Industrial Action 10th January 2023
Please see the attached letter regarding the planned industrial action taking place on Tuesday 10th January. I can confirm with you that Balgreen will be closed to pupils on Tuesday 10th January.

Scots' Night Choir P3-7
On the evening of Thursday 2nd February we will be celebrating Scots' Night at Balgreen Primary School. Children from throughout the school will be selected to perform poems, songs and dances. In addition to this, we are putting together a short life choir, run by Mrs O'Donnell (P5a teacher). Children from P3 - P7 are eligible to join the choir. Milk Payments 19.12.2022 - 27.01.2023
Please be aware that Mid Morning Milk Payments for the period 19.12.2022 until 27.01.2023 go live tomorrow. If you wish your child to have milk during this period please pay £6.00 via ParentPay. Bookings close at 10.00pm on 14.12.2022. Unfortunately, no late bookings can be accommodated. If your child is entitled to free milk, a carton will be ordered for them.

Primary 7 Fundraisers - Cafe and Calendars
Primary 7 will be running a Christmas Café on Tuesday 6th of December in order to raise money for end of term events. We would appreciate if anyone could contribute any donations of home baking for us to sell at the café.
